From terraces you have breathtaking views of the Old Town, as do all our rooms. The accommodation providing you with comfort and everything you may need for an enjoyable vacation in Dubrovnik. House with garden has 101,3 m²( 1090 ft²)and consists of two bedrooms + living room, all with sea view, and can sleep 4+2 .There is a kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms. Living rooms you can easily convert to the sleeping room. Whole house is air conditioned and it is fully equipped and furnished. Each room has Radio, TV and refrigerator. East side terrace have Garden grill, large table with six chair where guest can sit and look at the sea the Island of Lokrum and Old Town . The Old Town, the center of all happenings, with numerous monuments, galleries, concerts, together with many cozy restaurants and cafes that are all located inside the city walls which you can reach in 3 minutes walk.

The Master double room with King’s bed sleeps two person overlooking the sea is 22 m²(237) ft² with Air Condition and a private bathroom with toilet and a small hallway so far. The room has a refrigerator, a TV and a radio alarm clock. The guest can use the kitchen, dining room and Garden Grill. From East and West terraces, you have a beautiful view of the sea, the island Lokrum Old Town. The Old Town, the center of all happenings, with numerous monuments, galleries, concerts, together with many cozy restaurants and cafes that are all located inside the city walls you can reach in 3 minutes walk.

Guests can use kitchen & dining room and Garden grill without extra charge. For winter season house is equipped with central heating system.

Room East with sea view - House with garden

The twin bedded room overlooking the sea is 16 m²(172ft²). The room has Air Condition. refrigerator, TV and a radio alarm clock. This room share bathroom and toilet. From East and West terraces, you have a beautiful view of the sea, the island Lokrum Old Town. At the anchorage you can see the very large yachts of famous personalities. The Old Town, the center of all happenings, with numerous monuments, galleries, concerts, together with many cozy restaurants and cafes that are all located inside the city walls you can reach in 3 minutes walk.

Guests can use kitchen & dining room and Garden grill without extra charge. For winter season house is equipped with central heating system.

The living room with balcony and double bedded sofa for 2 persons and an additional sofa bed and a beauty full view of the sea is 28 m²(301 ft²). The room is equipped with Air Condition a refrigerator, SatTV and a radio .The guest can use the kitchen, dining room and Garden Grill. This room share bathroom and toilet. Travel direction

From Airport you can take Taxi or Bus to the Old Town West gate(Pile)than walk in East direction to the Bus stop-Cable Car local name Zicara

From Central Bus Station you should take local Bus No.8 and get off at Bus station called (Zicara). 20 met.from Bus Station, East direction, you will see street Obodska .

Buses number 5 and 8 take you to the rest of Dubrovnik area .

Airport Transfer

We will be happy to arrange pickup from Dubrovnik airport for you . A driver will await you in arrivals with a sign bearing your name and drive you to your selected destination. Payment will be made directly to the driver in cash(either Euros or Kuna) upon arrival .

Free for day cruise if house are booked for 10 days.

S/Y ANAMARIJA

The Anamarija boat offers all you can expect from a sailing boat 10 met.long! This superb boat can accommodate six in two cabins and the saloon. The galley is large and the toilet compartment has flushing toilet, wash basin and shower. The saloon is generously designed and you can seat six around the saloon table. The inside wood paneling creates a coasy atmosphere. The cockpit is large and so constructed that navigation is made easy. The large and uncluttered deck ideal for sunbathing but also for heavy- weather maneuvering. This is an elegant but sturdy yacht excellent for family sailing but also the winner of numerous regattas. The hull is made of strong polyester laminate according to the specifications of the Croatian and British Lloyd Registers.

Boat is in excellent condition, inside in perfect order, ready to sail with racing equipment on deck. Also have good results on regatta.
